As a valued member of the wyrd community, we invite you to be a part of this celebration of the weird & wonderful!
Vendor spaces are available until the deadline of 30th September 2025, or when all spaces have been filled. There is no onsite registration!

Before completing this application, please be aware that you are applying to be considered as a vendor. There is no guarantee stated or implied that you will be accepted once you’ve submitted the vendor application. A non-refundable application fee of $20 is required with each application for booth space.
All prospective vendors will be notified within 5 business days of their submission if their application is approved. Accepted vendors will be required to complete the vendor application process by paying the booth fee via an emailed invoice.
Vendor booth assignments are based on a first come-first serve basis with a completed application form and full payment. Partial payments are not accepted and any incomplete application forms will not be considered for vendor booth space. Vendor payments are non-negotiable.
All accepted vendors will be sent full vendor day-of-event details a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the event, including load-in and load-out information.

Market Vendor: This category includes anyone selling quality manufactured or handcrafted items, including packaged food items intended to be consumed off-premises, such as sauces, jams, etc., or nuts, candies and other snacks. Copyrighted or pirated goods are not permitted.
Service/Nonprofit: This category includes those exhibitors who represent a nonprofit organisation or who do not have physical products for sale.
21+ Party Vendor: This category is for those vendors who wish to sponsor the adults-only party or provide entertainment for the evening.
Food & Beverage: This category includes food trucks, mobile bar beverage services, and other food-related vendors where items will be consumed onsite. Please note that food & beverage vendors are for both the market and party, but alcohol sales are strictly limited to the party only.

Refund Policy
If you submit an application for the 2025 WyrdFest and you request to withdraw, you must do so via email to info@wyrdfest.com by the dates listed below.
Refund Schedule:
50% Refund with email notification: July 1st - August 31st, 2025
25% Refund with email notification: September 1st - October 5th, 2025
0% Refund : NO Refund will be given on or after October 6th, 2025
By meeting the deadline in the refund schedule, you will receive a refund of a percentage (indicated in the refund schedule) of all fees paid with the exception of any application and/or service fees. The application fee and service fees are non-refundable.
Outdoor Tent Vendor Spaces
You must provide your own tent(s) and equipment. You need to be sure to secure and weight your tent adequately. NO STAKES ARE ALLOWED. We recommend at least 40 pounds on each corner of a 10x10 tent; double that on a 10x20 tent. You will be charged a $50 fee if WyrdFest needs to provide weights for your booth setup the day of the event. 
Outdoor Garden Spaces
A limited number of spaces have an overhead pergola. Please specify if you would prefer a Pergola space on your application. You must provide your own tent(s) and equipment. You need to be sure to secure and weight your tent adequately. NO STAKES ARE ALLOWED. We recommend at least 40 pounds on each corner of a 10x10 tent; double that on a 10x20 tent. You will be charged a $50 fee if WyrdFest needs to provide weights for your booth setup the day of the event.
